Problem

Problem

Fiji faces many development challenges including gender based violence, economic development, and climate change just to name a few. While youth, journalists and civil society groups in Fiji are passionate about human rights, social justice, and environmental protection, they lack the capacity to design and build evidence based, insights driven, measurable behaviour change and advocacy campaigns.
Approach

Approach

Love Frankie designed and implemented an 8-week programme with 45 participants from universities, civil society, and media. The workshop was designed based on the Love Frankie co-creation methodology, which utilized creative facilitation to help participants develop and refine concepts for a social change campaign. The methodology provided a framework that allowed participants to bring context-specific perspectives and nuance to develop effective online communications strategies to reach target audiences.
