Problem

Problem

Thais are embracing the journey to digital and Facebook is investing in programs and opportunities to create greater digital literacy among Thais and empower them with skills needed to be informed and safe online. Social engineering, weak passwords, and the spread of misinformation are particularly prevalent in Thailand.
Approach

Approach

To launch this initiative Love Frankie has created the We Think Digital Champion program for five Thai organisations who are leading digital citizenship and digital literacy efforts across Thailand, to participate in the inaugural We Think Digital Academy. The Champions will be empowered by leading industry and subject matter experts to design and execute their own We Think Digital online campaign, supported by exclusive first access to resources including the Facebook seven-module training curriculum. This has been designed to empower people with the knowledge to use digital technologies safely and responsibly. Love Frankie has also pioneered the micro-influencer program with student influencers from Chulalongkorn University and Prince of Songkla University. Within this program, students learn about digital citizenship in creative ways and are coached in building campaigns and content to stimulate awareness among their peers.
